9999pk Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 9999pk platform — whether through the website at 9999pk.onl, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other interface we make available — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 9999pk. If you are registering on behalf of someone else or any other party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting you do so on their behalf as well as your own.

9999pk reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are posted on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are a regular user.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an account on 9999pk:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You are not registering for any fraudulent, illegal or commercially motivated purpose.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 9999pk or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned by 9999pk for a violation of these terms.

9999pk is an entertainment platform. It is your responsibility to verify that using an online gaming platform is consistent with the laws applicable in your location. 9999pk does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and makes no claims about legal authorisation or regulatory approval.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each user may hold only one account on 9999pk. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names or through any other means — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all related accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid contact number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 9999pk requires identity verification. This typically involves providing a clear copy of your CNIC. Verification may also be requested at other stages — for example, before processing large transactions or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 9999pk support immediately. 9999pk is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or from failures to maintain basic account security.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

9999pk accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards and other mobile wallet methods listed in the Deposit section. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your account balance in PKR.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• 9999pk does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied are from your payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your account promptly following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary by payment method.
• 9999pk reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money deposited is not from illegal or fraudulent activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method being used.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 9999pk account are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and must match your account name.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• 9999pk processes withdrawals within the timeframes specified on the Withdrawal page. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing.
• 9999pk does not charge fees on withdrawals.

9999pk reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending a security review. This may occur for first-time large withdrawals or if account activity is inconsistent with normal patterns. Reviews are completed as quickly as possible and you will be informed if any additional documentation is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9999pk offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion comes with specific terms that govern how the bonus can be used and how any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are only available to players who have not previously claimed the same offer and who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in its terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 9999pk reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if it is determined that the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation or by creating multiple accounts to claim it more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

9999pk provides access to casino games, live casino tables, slots, sports betting and other gaming products. All games are provided by recognised third-party game suppliers and operate using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999pk platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical advantage tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or bugs in the platform or any game. Any winnings arising from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent behaviour, including using stolen, cloned or third-party payment methods.
• Placing bets for the purpose of laundering money or disguising the source of funds.
• Using VPN, proxy services or other methods to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9999pk reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. In serious cases, account information may be shared with relevant authorities.

Technical Issues

If a game or live stream is interrupted due to a technical issue on our side, bets placed before the interruption will be settled according to the state of the game at the time of the disconnection, to the extent this can be determined. If settlement cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned. 9999pk is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

8 Responsible Gaming

9999pk takes responsible gaming seriously as a practical matter, not just as a policy commitment. The platform includes tools to help players manage their gaming activity — these are available in your account settings and can be adjusted at any time.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps to control how much you add to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to receive alerts or automatic logouts after a defined play period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During an active self-exclusion, access is blocked and no deposits can be made.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9999pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice if we determine — at our reasonable discretion — that any of the following apply:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity using the platform.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Collusion, abuse of bonuses or use of prohibited technical tools.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed following reasonable notice).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If an account is closed for reasons outside of a breach — such as the player requesting closure — available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Privacy & Data

9999pk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling at 9999pk:

• Your personal information is collected for account management, payment processing and identity verification purposes.
• 9999pk does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. 9999pk does not store your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa credentials or card CVV numbers.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data 9999pk holds about you by contacting our support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

9999pk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9999pk and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue or profits arising from technical issues, platform outages or game malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these terms.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, internet service interruptions or the player's own device or connectivity issues.

12 Changes to These Terms

9999pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment methods, legal requirements or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes that materially affect how the platform works or your rights as a player, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the 9999pk platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
